Accessibility Statement

Effective: August 11, 2026
Version: 1.2
Assessment basis: Repository-level review on August 11, 2026; no claim of WCAG conformance

EVELI wants its website, checkout, account, legal pages and core generation flow to be usable by people with disabilities. EVELI uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as its product target even where a particular statute does not require that standard.

Current scope and status

The August 11, 2026 review examined source-level use of semantic controls, labels, keyboard-operable native elements, status messages and basic responsive structure. It did not include a complete browser, screen-reader, voice-control, keyboard-only, zoom, color-contrast or cognitive-accessibility audit. EVELI therefore does not claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance.

The European Accessibility Act exempts microenterprises providing services. On the information available at this pre-launch stage, Eveli, Inc. has fewer than 10 staff and is below the EUR 2 million turnover/balance-sheet ceiling, so EVELI records the service-provider microenterprise exemption for its present scale. EVELI will reassess that status annually and before material hiring or revenue growth. The exemption does not reduce EVELI's commitment to accessibility or remove other applicable anti-discrimination duties.

Known priorities

Before a paid flow is enabled, EVELI will test the complete journey for:

AI-generated images may not have a universally correct text alternative because meaningful description depends on the user's intended context. EVELI will provide contextual labels inside the product and guidance for users who publish generated assets.

Feedback and assistance

Email support@eveli.ai with the page or feature, device/browser, assistive technology if relevant, the barrier encountered and the format or alternative that would help. EVELI will acknowledge the request promptly, provide a reasonable alternative where practical and track remediation.

This statement will be updated after a full accessibility test or a material product change. Enforcement and complaint routes available under applicable law remain unaffected.
